Each folder contains the following files: 

.fasta files. Contains the sequences used for the analysis of each complex. 

predictions.zip file: Contains the structures of all the combinations of potential components of each complex used during the analysis, organized into two folders. The AF_2mers folder contains the structures of all dimers, and the AF_Nmers folder contains the structures of more than two components. 

mm_NAME_OF_THE_COMPLEX_out_Nmers.zip file: Contains a folder of the same name with the results of the last MultimerMapper run in which convergence was obtained in the stoichiometry analysis. The report.html file allows you to view the results from a browser
